Howard Integritas Solutions Limited (HISL) is an independent Irish company building the IntegAI platform. HISL was founded to give regulated organisations a practical way to use AI without losing control of data, decisions, or accountability.

The company is led by Michael Howard, who has over 20 years of experience delivering complex projects in regulated industries, including construction and pharmaceutical engineering. He built IntegAI because regulated industries deserve AI they can actually trust, audit, and control.

IntegAI is a sovereign, offline-first AI governance platform. It is not a wrapper around a public cloud AI service. The platform is currently being exercised in a live external pilot, and licensing and integration discussions are open.
