Overview
Howard Integritas Solutions Limited (HISL) operates the IntegAI platform and website at integ-ai.eu. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have regarding that data.
What we collect
Forms: When you submit a commercial enquiry, course enrolment, or position check, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company, role, and the details of your enquiry or answers.
Checkout: When you purchase a course, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and transaction reference from Stripe, but we do not receive or store your card details.
Advisor chat: When you interact with the AI advisor, your questions and the responses may be logged for service operation and improvement. Do not submit confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information to the advisor.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process personal data to respond to your enquiries, provide course access, operate and improve the platform, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. The lawful bases we rely on are contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent where given.
Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the commercial discussion and a reasonable period thereafter. Course access data is retained for the duration of access and any statutory record-keeping period.
Processors
- Stripe processes payments on its own pages and under its own terms.
- Proton provides email infrastructure for correspondence.
- Umami provides self-hosted, cookieless analytics.
