Digital content
IntegAI Academy courses are digital content provided through the website. When you purchase a course, you receive immediate access to the course materials, including modules, deliverables, and assessments.
Right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. However, because the courses are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, and you consent to immediate access at checkout, you acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. This consent is captured at the point of purchase.
Refund policy
Given the immediate nature of digital content access and the waiver of withdrawal rights described above, refunds are not generally available after access has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact research@integ-ai.eu and we will work to resolve it.
